VC Origin Story

Valian Construction with a simple mission: to help people protect and improve their homes with work done right the first time. Over the years, I kept seeing the same challenge — homeowners frustrated by unreliable contractors, and realtors struggling to find someone they could trust to get listings market-ready on time.

After seeing too many projects delayed and too many clients left stressed, I decided to build Valian Construction LLC — a company designed around professionalism, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship.

Our first big win came when we stepped in to complete a last-minute punch-list for a realtor. The home was listed on time, sold quickly, and that realtor has continued to call us ever since.

That spirit — stepping up, delivering results, and putting clients first — still guides us today in every handyman repair, pre-sale make-ready, deck build, or ADU conversion we take on.
